Refresh 2012 Participant Registration and Release Form
Summer 2012 is right around the corner! Here is all the information you need to know about
Summer Camp 2012. The dates for camp this year are June 17-21, 2012. This year we will be
going to Lake Geneva Youth Camp and Conference Center in Lake Geneva Wisconsin. Please
note the registration deadline is June 1st, 2012. The cost for camp this year is $225.
While at Lake Geneva Youth Camp your students will be able to participate and ride the 300
foot double Zipline, experience the indoor climbing wall, go boating and tubing, team up
for paintball (for an additional fee), ride the banana boat, enjoy relevant teaching and
worship, and participate in many creative games and fun activities.
Each Church will be responsible for transportation to and from Lake Geneva Youth Camp.
We want to encourage you to connect with some of the other churches in your area to help with
transportation. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM on Sunday June 17 and camp will conclude on Thursday
June 21at 12:00 PM. For more information contact your local Youth Leader, NYI President or
